Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Pay - $45/h
Shift: Monday–Friday | 9-hour days
Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri
Guaranteed Hours: 45hours/week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, managing medication therapy, and delivering exceptional patient service. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare environment.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate medication therapy effectiveness and safety.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication management and patient counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with safety standards.

• Administer immunizations as required by state regulations.

   

Requirements

• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems for efficient medication dispensing and management.
• Strong background in clinical pharmacy practices with an emphasis on patient service.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments to ensure appropriate medication use.
• Experience in medical management and critical care settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Capability to immunize patients according to state laws and regulations.
