Description

Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. This role follows evidence-based practice standards and supports quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process
Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality and safe outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
Support patient and family education

Requirements:

Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
BLS certification (required)
ACLS certification (required or within 180 days of hire)
Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
Less than 1 year experience accepted; direct patient care experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills
