Required Qualifications

• License: Registered Nurse License valid in Kentucky
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
  • HWC (Hospital Worker Certification)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in Kentucky

Additional Information

• Orientation is weekly on Mondays
• Must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
• Patient ratio is approximately 1 nurse to 4 patients
• Dress code: Scrubs of any color; casual wear is not acceptable
• Float requirements and call are as needed
• Professional demeanor required
