Shift: Nights, 12 hours/shift, 3 shifts a week
Weekly Expected Hours: 36  hours/ week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU unit to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience, with strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous assessment and care for critically ill patients, including hemodynamic and ventilator monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, titrate drips, and manage life-support equipment as ordered.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement critical care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including codes and rapid clinical deterioration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ICU protocols and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

• 2 years of recent Critical care RN- experience in acute care hospital settings.
• CA State RN License
• BLS Certified through AHA
• ACLS Certified through AHA
• COVID card

Skills

• Critical care patient assessment and monitoringVentilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• IV therapy, titration of vasoactive drips, and medication administration
• ACLS, BLS, and emergency response proficiency
