Description

Position: Certified Surgical Tech - CST (Operating Room)
Location: Cooperstown, NY, 13326
Duration: 13 week Contract
Shift: 3x12-Hour (Nights)

Job Description:

Seeking skilled Surgical Technologists to support a high-volume Operating Room with 12 OR suites and an average of 25–30 surgical cases per day. The department primarily performs General Surgery and Orthopedics, with additional service lines including Plastics, Neuro, Vascular, ENT, GYN, Urology, GI, Pain Management, Cardiac, Thoracic, hybrid vascular cases, and Podiatry.

Responsibilities:

Setting up the instruments and equipment that is required for the procedure
Sterilizing equipment and taking an inventory to ensure there are enough supplies for surgery
Preparing the patient for surgery

Requirements:

2 years of Surg Tech experience
BLS Certification
