Description
UNIT: OCED UNION GAP - Brand new OCED - Opening 11/2025 - no floating as this is located close to Yakima Valley Hospital.
Will be required to do charge if needed (facility will train if needed)
EPIC exp. is preferred,
/ MANAGER FINAL APPROVAL
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Advanced NRP, NIHSS, TNCC
Experience Required: 2 full years ER (any trauma level) Strong ED experience, strong customer service, ventilator class (BiPAP) will be provided during on boarding, knowledge of medication administration (mix own meds), chest tubes, central lines, strong IV skills.
RN: 1:4
Patient Types: New location, small acute care location.
Neonates – Geriatrics, 25% Peds, Walk-in traumas, all types of patients ranging from cardiac, neuro, GI, respiratory, psych, frequent drop off GSWs
Will have to provide care to intubated patients will provide training for ventilator and bipap as there are no RT’s onsite, RN’s manage vent/bipap
