Description

Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care for NICU and pediatric patients
Verify and dispense medications with a focus on pediatric dosing and safety
Prepare and manage IV medications and sterile compounds
Collaborate with NICU, pediatric physicians, nurses, and care teams
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

Active Texas Pharmacist License (required)
NICU / Pediatric pharmacy experience
IV Certification
Current certifications required:
- BLS
- PALS
- ALS
