Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40 hours per week

🩺 Job Description

This is a critical-need Oncology RN Case Manager / RN Navigator role within an outpatient Oncology clinic.

⭐ Requirements

Must Have:

Active RN License (State of GA or compact state eligible)
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Oncology experience
Case management experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an RN Navigator for Oncology patients
Provide case management support for ongoing treatment plans
Administer IVs as needed
Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
Support patients through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Ensure smooth continuity of care and timely interventions
