Position Overview
This position is based in the Social Services Department at Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital. The Social Worker will provide crisis intervention, psychotherapy, family therapy, and comprehensive case management services to patients and their families. The role also includes assisting with referrals and admissions, collaborating with physicians, hospital staff, and external agencies, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Travel to other facilities within the Kauai Region may be required.

Licensure Requirement
⚠️ An ACTIVE and CURRENT Hawaii Social Worker license is REQUIRED
Accepted licenses: LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW
