Ratio: 1:5-6 (w/ lower acuity)
License/certs: MD RN, BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI (onboarding on-site)
Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
Floating: required within the specialty and lower acuity as needed
Facility will accept strong candidates with 1 year experience
