Call & Weekend Requirements
- Call:
- 1 weekday call per week
- 1 weekend call every 6 weeks
- Weekends: Call only
- Floating:
- Within facility and scope of practice
- Will float to Cath Lab and EP Lab
- Must be competent with required Cath/EP procedures (screening required if limited experience)
Position Overview
The Interventional Radiology Technologist will support a high-acuity IR department and may assist in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) settings. This role involves advanced vascular, neuro, abdominal, and cardiac interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.
This unit accepts first-time travelers with appropriate experience.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 1 year Interventional Radiology
- Travel Experience: Not required
- Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
- Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
- Trauma Level I or II Experience: Preferred

- EMR: Epic (Required)
- Imaging Systems: PACS
- Equipment: Siemens, Philips
Required Certifications
- BLS (AHA)
- ARRT (R)
Preferred Certifications
- ARRT (VI)
- ACLS
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Work Settings
- Interventional Radiology
