Description

Setting: Home Health

The first hour of workday will be at home reaching out to and scheduling patients for the day ahead

Direct – 24-hour feedback!

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks – likelihood of extension

Schedule Details

40 hours per week
8:00am – 4:30pm
Monday - Friday

Mileage reimbursement = $0.70/mile

*Total Travel Package = Up to $3,401/wk

Taxable Wage = $720/wk
Weekly Lodging Allowance = $2,037/wk
Weekly Meal = $644/wk
Locals accepted: $72/hr

*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.

Contract Requirements/Experience:

Prior home health experience
Prior Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience
Reliable transportation during assignment
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that ensured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
Must complete documentation after each visit and transmit documentation at end of day
PTs will have a Start of Care (SOC) each day and 4 visits, at a minimum, if time allows additional visits could be added - PTs case manage

Massachusetts PT license in-hand by start date (6-8 week turnaround)
