Department Information:
Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 + years in specialty
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Not preferred, will consider dependent on experience and skillset
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
IPR: Spinal Cord Injuries, TBI, Strokes, Amputees, Multiple trauma, Hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, s/p Cardiac surgery, s/p COVID, medically complex/debilitating patients
Acute: s/p Cardiac, s/p Ortho procedures, medically complex/debilitating patients
Outpatient: General Ortho (surgical non-surgical), Sports Med, Pediatrics (developmental), Neuro specific diagnoses (higher functioning), Spinal patients (surgical non-surgical)

Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Drivers License and/or Insurance:
 

PT: Current LA PT license
PTA: Current LA PTA license
 

Skills required:
Ability to manage a case load independently; experience with above-mentioned patient types; working with the multidisciplinary team
