Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload, including pediatric and adult patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
• Use critical thinking and strong communication skills to educate and motivate patients.
• Adapt therapy approaches for a balanced mix of outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing/home health settings.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Willingness to consider new graduates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour lunch.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Prior inpatient or outpatient therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
