Description

Shift

  • 12‑hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 3×12 hours/week (36 guaranteed hours)

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑acuity ICU patient care independently and efficiently
  • Manage advanced equipment: CRRT, Impella, Balloon Pump, ICP monitoring, TTM/Artic Sun, Alaris pumps, Rapid Infuser
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver care
  • Float as needed to ED, Stepdown/PCU, Med‑Surg (modified assignment), and possibly Behavioral Health
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation (Cerner experience preferred)
✅Experience Requirements 2–3 years of recent ICU experience required If closer to 2 years → must be strong, independent, quick, and experienced with a variety of ICU care. CVICU experience strongly preferred (should be highlighted on résumé if applicable) No first‑time travelers Up-to-date résumé Two (2) recent RN references (Charge/Manager level, specialty-specific) Skills checklist matching ICU specialty Driver’s license with address matching demographics RTO must be submitted at time of submission ✅ Licensing Requirements Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission License verification required ✅ Certifications Required BLS ACLS ⭐ Preferred Certifications TNCC PALS CCRN
