26 week assignment - BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
CVOR CST NBSTSA required.
10H day shift, 7a start time with call.
Must be able to do multiple areas (Cardiac, General, etc.) Flu vaccine required prior to start (declinations not accepted).
Locals not accepted.
Must have NBSTSA certification and open heart experience.
