Unit Specifics:

·       Number of Beds : 58

·       Patient Ratios : 1-6

·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RN and techs only

·       Type of equipment : Bladder scanner,

·       Documentation system: Meditech

·       Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

·       Floating policy: 1st to float

·       Patient Experience requirements:

Requested Skill Set:    Med-Surg experience

Must have: BLS

Advanced skills needed:

Procedures performed on unit:  IV insertions, IV infusions, injections, PEG tube feedings, Bladder scanning, Intermittent catheterization, Accuchecks, wound care, wound vacs,

Certifications Required:

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
