Description

Shift & Scheduling

Shift: 10‑hour Day Shift
Schedule: 4x10s (40 hrs/week)
Manager is open to adjusting to:
- 5x8s
- 4x10s
- 2x8s + 2x12s

Role Highlights

Must be experienced in moderate sedation, monitoring, assessment, foley placement, and general–complex IR & Neuroendovascular procedures

RN Responsibilities

Provide sedation unless anesthesia is present
Monitor and chart
Care for IR & Neuro IR patients

Experience Requirements

RN with IR experience required
OK to submit with 1 year experience
First‑time travelers accepted (must have IR experience)
Neuro IR experience required for RN

Certifications

RN:

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)

RN Call

Weekday: 1 call shift/week (Mon–Thu), EOS → 0700
Weekend: Every 5th–6th weekend (Fri–Mon 0700)

RTO

Up to 7 days allowed

EMR: Epic (preferred for RN)
IV Pumps: Alaris
Pyxis
PACS: Change Healthcare
Siemens & GE IR equipment (preferred experience)
MedRad injector
Additional equipment (not required):
- IVUS
- Ultrasound (GE)
- Laser
- Bovie
- AngioJet
