Physical Therapist (PT) – Rural Hospital | Park River, ND

What you’ll be doing:

Providing skilled PT services in inpatient rehab and outpatient settings
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with OTs, SLPs, nursing, and other team members as needed
Completing timely and compliant documentation
Educating patients and families on mobility, safety, and therapeutic exercises

Active North Dakota PT license (or eligible to obtain)
Prior inpatient rehab or outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
A patient-centered, team-oriented approach
