💰 Pay Rate: $33 – $59/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join the Perioperative (Operating Room) team in Roswell, GA. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures while ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and immediate post-operative nursing care.
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control standards.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Perform surgical counts and ensure patient safety protocols are followed.
• Document all patient care and surgical activities accurately.
• Educate patients and families about surgical procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Previous OR or perioperative nursing experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification preferred.
• Experience in circulating and/or scrub roles.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
