🎓 Job Requirements

National certification as Medical Technologist (ASCP preferred)
Florida State Medical Technologist License required (all lab areas preferred; minimum 3 areas required)
Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years hospital lab experience preferred
Blood Bank experience preferred
Ability to work independently and cover all lab areas
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills
