Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Castro Valley, CA

Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate closely with patients, families, and facility staff. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing professionally in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, treat, and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
Develop and document treatment plans and progress notes accurately and timely
Supervise therapy assistants and support staff, providing guidance and coaching
Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicare, and OSHA standards
Participate in facility meetings, continuing education, and special projects
Maintain current CPR certification and licensure

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license
Strong communication, clinical problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and supervise support staff
Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed

Urgent Need - Minimum 1 year experience required
