Department Information:

5200 deliveries last year
42 beds
Level III NICU
Patient Population: >22 week neonates to ~46 week neonates
Drips Administered: epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine

Submission Requirements

Previous Interim Leadership experience (at least 1, ideally 2 completed assignments) [required]
NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience in a level III or IIII setting [required]
EPIC EMR experience [required]
Must have experience in mentoring leaders
Must be able to lead and display resiliency through departmental change
Time off before late April must be limited to accommodate Department's coverage needs
Travel home throughout the assignment is allowable, however must be less frequent than every weekend
