Description

LPN – Home Health & Hospice (Travel)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Weekends: Some weekend coverage required
Call: Emergency-only, scheduled as needed
Territory: Upper Vermont

Requirements:

Home Health & Hospice experience required
Experience with patient-to-patient home visits
Valid driver’s license in good standing
BLS required
EMR: HealthWyse (Careficient)
