Job description:
MedAdventures is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Tulsa, OK. This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.
Pay: $50-53/hr. Rates are negotiable based on experience.
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule: Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.
Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Must-Have Qualifications
Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:
- Active Physical Therapy license in OK (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Physical Therapy Degree
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Provide hands-on therapy and guided exercises
- Educate patients and families on safe movement and home programs
- Work closely with the care team to support patient goals
- Track and document progress in patient records
