<p>Occupational Therapist needed in Franconia, New Hampshire to support patients in improving daily function, safety, and independence. This role focuses on completing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence based interventions for ADLs, mobility and transfers, upper extremity strength and coordination, cognition and safety awareness, and adaptive equipment training. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately and on time, educate patients and caregivers, and help drive strong functional outcomes and smooth discharge planning.</p>

Franconia NH New Hampshire Franconia, New Hampshire Compact States Therapy Occupational Therapist 8 hours, days Active OT license required (New Hampshire or compact eligible if applicable). Experience in SNF, rehab, hospital, or home health preferred. Ability to manage a caseload independently and work well with a team. Familiarity with common EMR documentation is a plus.
