RN EDUCATOR – FAMILY BIRTHPLACE (C-SECTION OR CIRCULATION)

📍 Berkshire Health System – MA
🕒 Days | 12hr Shifts | 36 or 48 hrs (state preference)

We are seeking an experienced RN Educator for the Family Birthplace Unit with a strong focus on Operating Room Circulation for C-Sections.

⚠️ This is NOT a straight L&D bedside role.
Candidates must have extensive experience circulating C-sections in the OR.

🔥 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

✔ High proficiency in C-Section OR Circulation
✔ Strong L&D surgical background
✔ Experience educating/training staff preferred
❌ Straight L&D RNs without OR circulation experience will NOT be considered

📜 REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS (MUST BE IN HAND)

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• COVID vaccination (dose on/after 10/3/23) or approved exemption

Facility will NOT pend certifications upon offer.

📍 IMPORTANT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must live 50+ miles from facility
• Permanent address required at submission
• Max 3 days RTO (must be declared upfront)
• Provide 2 specific interview dates/times (No “anytime”)

ℹ️ Additional Info

• 8 hrs non-billable orientation
• Holiday & OT multiplier: 1.25%
