Required Licensure Certifications: WA state license, BLS, Master s (with Certificate of Clinic Competency in Audiology) or doctorate degree (including clinical practicum experience)

Skills required: clear communication, customer service, knowledge of audiometry equipment, and computer, EMR, and Microsoft skills

Technology/Equipment: GSI 39 Auto Tymp, Audio Star Pro, AIM COR/VRA System, EMR: EPIC

Floating: no

Weekend rotation: No
