<h2>Surgical Technologist – 3x12 Days - <strong>Mullica Hill, NJ</strong><br /> </h2><p><strong>13-Week Contract</strong></p><p>Join a high-performing OR team in Mullica Hill! This is a fast-paced, highly skilled surgical environment looking for an experienced Surg Tech who can confidently step into ortho and neuro cases and hit the ground running.</p><h3>Pay Package</h3><h3><strong>Local Pay:</strong><br />$47–$49 per hour</h3><h3><strong>Travel Pay (Weekly Gross): $1,894</strong></h3><ul><li>$18/hr taxable</li><li>$770 weekly lodging stipend</li><li>$476 weekly M&amp;I stipend</li></ul><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>This role is responsible for assisting with surgical procedures in the Operating Room within scope of practice. You will function as an integral part of the surgical team, collaborating closely with the RN and surgeons to ensure safe, efficient patient care.</p><p>You must have a strong understanding of surgical processes and be competent across multiple specialties.</p><p><strong>Service Line Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Orthopedics</li><li>Neurosurgery</li><li>General Surgery</li><li>Robotics</li><li>GYN</li><li>Urology</li></ul><p>Must be confident with:</p><ul><li>Total joints</li><li>Minimally invasive spine (ACDF, posterior lumbar)</li><li>Scrubbing ortho and neuro as primary services</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of Surgical Tech experience</li><li>Experience with high volume total joints and spine cases</li><li>AHA BLS required</li><li>CST Verification required</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul><h3>Contract Details</h3><ul><li>3x12 Day shift</li><li>Scrubs provided by hospital</li><li>Charting system: Cerner</li><li>RTO: No more than 3 days</li></ul><p><strong>On-Call Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>24-hour call requirement:<ul><li>Fri 8p–7a &amp; Sun 7a–7p</li><li>OR one Sat 7a–7a</li></ul></li></ul>
