Description

Position/Specialty: Women’s Health Ultrasound/Sonographer-Genetics

Daily Caseload per tech: Typically 8-10 exams per shift

Shift: 8am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Typically works at main site downtown, may be scheduled at another location in the area as needed

Required

Years of experience REQ: 2+

Experience REQ: Perinatal/MFM and GYN Ultrasound experience. Detailed anatomical survey per AIUM guidelines

Common Scans:, Fetal Dopplers (Umbilical, Middle Cerebral Artery, Ductus Venosus, etc), Biophysical Profile, Fetal Biometry, First Trimester Assessment, Nuchal Translucency, Transvaginal Cervical Length, Transvaginal GYN

Certs REQ: BLS; ARDMS certified in OB/GYN, BLS

SC State ultrasound licensure is not required.

Minimum Training and Education Required: Graduated from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Radius rule- 60 miles.
