DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Registered Nurse – MED SURG /TELEMETRY
Location: Derry, NH 03038
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Days

Must Have:

Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
Proficient dysrhythmia (cardiac rhythm) interpretation skills
Active RN license (NH or compact state)

Advanced Skills Needed:

Advanced cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
IV medication administration and titration
Rapid patient assessment and critical thinking
Emergency response and code participation
Care of patients with cardiac and complex medical conditions

Procedures Performed on Unit:

Continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
IV insertion and maintenance
Administration and titration of cardiac drips
Participation in rapid response and code situations
Patient assessments and medication administration
Collaboration in interdisciplinary care planning

Certifications Required:

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
