Description

Level I Trauma Center | 12-Hour Shifts | Block Scheduling Available

Contracts available for Critical Care Float Pool RN to work across multiple ICU units in a Level I Trauma environment. This is for highly adaptable, clinically strong nurses who can confidently float across specialty ICUs.

Units Covered:

MICU
SICU
CCU
PCCU

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of ICU permanent staff experience (travel experience does not count toward the 2 years)
Must be comfortable working in all ICU settings listed above
Level I Trauma experience strongly preferred
Recent EPIC experience required
Competency testing required within 24 hours (80% or higher required for offer)

Schedule:

12-hour Day and Night shifts available
Block scheduling requests considered based on unit needs

Important:

Candidates must reside outside the following 12 ineligible counties:
Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington

This is not a role for someone still building ICU skills. They want confident, experienced ICU RNs who can step in and perform from day one.
