Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech – Travel Contract Job
Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan
A hospital in Grand Blanc is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Tech for a travel contract. This role is best suited for a tech who is confident scrubbing physician procedures and comfortable supporting a wide range of interventional cases, including emergent procedures.
Assignment Details
• Schedule: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 4x10s
On-call requirements
– 1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 p.m. – Monday 6:30 a.m.)
– 4 weeknights per month (5:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)
Core Requirements
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS certification
• ARRT required with advanced registry: CI, VI, or CV
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of IR procedural experience
• Hands-on scrubbing experience in physician procedures required
Experience Needed
• Emergent IR cases
• Embolization procedures
• Neuro-interventional procedures
• CT spin knowledge
• Familiarity with Siemens equipment
