GHR Healthcare is hiring an MUSIC THERAPIST to work with hospital in Trenton, NJ. This is a 8-week contract position with possible option to extend. Job details:<ul><li>Art Therapist -Mental Health - Inpatient Unit</li><li>40 hours/week</li><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>Every other weekend required</li><li>Adult and geriatric population</li></ul>Job Duties:<ul><li>Conducts allied therapy and psychoeducational groups, primarily providing group psychotherapy using therapeutic interventions that facilitate both non-verbal and verbal communication.</li><li>Performs comprehensive clinical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to promote stabilization and recovery in adult and geriatric psychiatric populations.</li><li>Provides patient education, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support as needed</li></ul>
