ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is confident providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

 Position Summary:

The ICU RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients by utilizing the nursing process, advanced clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice. The nurse will monitor complex patient conditions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and respond quickly to changes in patient status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage life-support equipment
• Perform detailed patient assessments and respond to emergent situations
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience
• ACLS AND BLS CERTS
• Critical care experience required
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
