Description

Title: RN - Operating Room
Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Operating Room (OR), also known as perioperative nurses, deliver specialized care to surgical patients across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases in sterile environments. They ensure patient safety, maintain aseptic conditions, and collaborate seamlessly with surgical teams during procedures ranging from routine to complex surgeries.

Requirements:

Neuro, Ortho, Kidney Transplant Experience required
Primarily based on the West Main campus but can be floated to east or CVI OR.
Skills: Scrub and/or circulate general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology, organ procurement, trauma

Days - 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM - 4x10's - 40 hours weekly

OR West consists of 10 operating rooms and focuses on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery. The team cares for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants.
