Description

Title: RN MS/Tele

The RN MS/Telemetry Nurse provides direct patient care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions requiring cardiac monitoring. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition. Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate documentation. The MS/Tele RN delivers safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Requirements:

2 years of recent experience
Strong telemetry experience
MA license required
ACLS, BLS (AHA)
Epic experience

Shift note:

3x12 hour Rotating shifts (7:00 am - 7:30 pm)
36 hours/week

Cardiology experience is preferred but highly recommended Epic experience required
