Position Overview:

Lead the full lifecycle of comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring documents and goals are tailored to maximize student potential and success.
Deliver engaging and differentiated direct instruction utilizing diverse, evidence-based teaching techniques to advance both academic and developmental milestones.
Implement data-driven assessment cycles to consistently monitor and document student progress, proactively adjusting curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure continuous growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Connecticut Certification in Special Education (Preferred)
- Candidates currently In the Process of obtaining the Special Education Certification are encouraged to apply
3 years of preferred experience as a Special Education Teacher
