House Supervisor

Avg. Daily Census: 19
Beds: 25

Every Other Weekend required

Patient Diagnoses: CHF, Pneumonia, obs rule out for chest pain, syncope, diverticulitis, cellulitis, COPD, ETOH withdrawal, Opiate withdrawal, debility

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Scattered bed unit that servues swing bed, detox, and medical patients

Special Equipment: Bariatric equipment rented when needed

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Skills: Inpatient Acute Care, Code Management, Crisis Intervention/Management, Facility/Bed Diversion, Rapid Response Team, Discharge AMA, Sentinel events-monitoring and reporting, Customer Service, Infection control, Isolation procedures, Knowledge of regulatory requirements- DPH, TJC, OSHA, etc, Supervising nursing care delivered on all units organizationally, Workplace safety, New Admissions, Post Procedures, Post Surgery, Transfer to higher level care

Years of Experience Required: 1 year - House Supervisor or RN Manager experience
