Must have 1 year recent LTACH, trach & vent, & wound care experience
Must have ACLS & BLS certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association)
Must have OH RN or multi-state RN license
Candidate will be required to float to LTAC unit depending on facility census
Experience - Must have at least 2 years of experience
Shifts - 12 hours - Nights
