Minimum Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience
First-time travelers accepted

Patient Population:

Pediatrics to Geriatrics

Required Certifications & Licensure:

BLS
ACLS
PALS
NRP (Preferred)
RRT
Georgia State License

Clinical Skills & Work Setting Requirements:

Ventilator management
Medicated aerosol treatments
BiPAP management
Open heart experience
Intubation
ABG draws and analysis
CPT
Nitric therapy
COVID management

Unit Coverage & Ratios:

24/7 department
11–13 therapists on day shift
9–10 therapists on night shift
Coverage for all hospital floors including:
- 30-bed ICU
- 25-bed Open Heart unit
- 25-bed NICU
- 45-bed ED

Systems/Equipment Experience Required:

Epic
Puritan Bennett
Servo I
GE Care Fusion

Scheduling & Assignment Requirements:

Scrub color: Any color except all red or all navy blue
RTO: Maximum 7 days
Weekends: Every other weekend unless otherwise specified
Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed
Call: None
Holidays:
- Work 1 of 1 major holiday
- Work both if 2 fall during assignment
- Work 2 of 3 if 3 fall during assignment
