🏥 IMCU / PCU RN – Travel Contract

Location: New York
Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Unit: IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit)
Contract: Travel | Open to 48-hour offers
Floating: Required
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

🩺 Unit Details

Beds: 64 total (15 designated Neuro beds)
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Common Diagnoses:
- Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma
- COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI
- CV Stepdown, Post-op
Equipment & Skills:
- Temporary pacers
- Chest tubes
- Arterial lines (A-lines)
- BiPAP
- Neptune Vapo
- Chronic ventilator patients (RT assists with vent management)

📋 Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years recent IMCU / PCU experience
- Travel experience required
Certifications (Current & Active):
- AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Licensure:
- Active NY RN License
- NURSYS report required (NY + all RN licenses)
EMR:
- Epic experience required
Documents Required at Submission:
- Updated resume (must include IMCU/PCU & travel experience)
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Driver’s license (address must match demographics)
- RTO must be listed at time of submission
