<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> RN – Telemetry<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Pompton Plains, NJ<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 hours per week | 3 shifts per week<br /> </p><h3><strong>Compensation Package</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Gross Weekly Pay:</strong> $2,353</li><li><strong>Weekly Stipend:</strong> $1,561</li><li><strong>W2 Hourly Rate:</strong> $22/hour</li></ul><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Perform thorough, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments.</li><li>Deliver age-appropriate care across the lifespan (Pediatric to Geriatric).</li><li>Provide direct patient care in alignment with the nursing process and telemetry standards.</li><li>Prioritize patient care needs and respond effectively to changes in condition.</li><li>Demonstrate strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills.</li><li>Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias appropriately.</li><li>Maintain proficiency with emergency equipment and procedures.</li><li>Utilize safe patient handling and transfer techniques.</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Active <strong>RN License</strong> (NJ or compact eligible)</li><li><strong>BLS Certification</strong> (AHA)</li><li><strong>Dysrhythmia Certification</strong></li><li>Minimum <strong>1 year acute care hospital experience</strong></li><li>Strong telemetry experience required</li></ul>
