Shift:<ul><li>Nights: 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.</li><li>Training on both days and nights is required.</li><li>Block scheduling may be available and can be discussed with Supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of recent Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum &amp; Mother/Baby experience<ul><li>Must be fully competent in all areas of FBC care (we are not able to train someone in just one area).</li></ul></li><li>At least 1 prior travel RN contract</li><li>Active, unrestricted RN license (compact or MT eligible, as applicable)</li><li>Current certifications:<ul><li>AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)</li><li>NRP</li><li>ACLS</li></ul></li></ul>Unit &amp; Patient Care ExpectationsThis role is for a Labor &amp; Delivery RN working in our Family Birth Center (FBC). The traveler must be able to function independently and safely across the full perinatal continuum:<ul><li>Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum</li><li>Mother/Baby couplet care</li><li>Triage through discharge home with the baby</li><li>Support for scheduled and unscheduled C-sections</li><li>Ability to safely prioritize and manage multiple patients in collaboration with the care team</li></ul>
