• Facility is in a very rural area – candidate must have reliable transportation
• Limited housing and public transportation options
• Scrubs required (matching top & bottom)
• Timecards are completed by clocking in/out at facility

Submission Requirements (Strict)

• 3+ Years of Current LTC Experience (within last 6 months) – Required
• Must be willing to float – Required
• IV Certified (or willing to obtain during onboarding) – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• Active NH License (in-hand at submission) – Required
• COVID Vaccination – Required (No exemptions accepted)
• All RTO must be submitted upfront (Max 5 days; No holidays approved)
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
