- Floating: Must be willing to float to units where experienced
- Work Location: 5 Nursing Home Drive, Claremont, NH
Important Facility Notes
- Located approximately 2 hours from Boston, MA
- Facility is in a very rural area – candidate must have reliable transportation
- Limited housing and public transportation options
- Scrubs required (matching top & bottom)
- Timecards are completed by clocking in/out at facility
Submission Requirements (Strict)
- 3+ Years of Current LTC Experience (within last 6 months) – Required
- Must be willing to float – Required
- IV Certified (or willing to obtain during onboarding) – Required
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- Active NH License (in-hand at submission) – Required
- COVID Vaccination – Required (No exemptions accepted)
- All RTO must be submitted upfront (Max 5 days; No holidays approved)
- Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
- Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
