·       Number of Beds – 437 beds

·       Number of Staff –  60

·       Type of staff: Director, permanent staff, 7-8 RRT’s,3-4 per diem help

o   Day Shift – Director, Manager, Supervisor, 8-10 RRT

o   Night Shift – Supervisor, 8 – 10 RRT

·       Patient Ratios – approximately 44-46 procedures per shift

·       Type of equipment – Servo I ventilators, nebulizer, Hamilton, V 60, Astral  CPAP & BIPAP machines, ABG’s, CPT

·       EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·       BLS, ACLS, NRP

·       2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·       Trauma experience

·       Director prefer to only consider candidates with previous Meditech experience

·       Respiratory Therapist provides treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, emphysema
