Position: Ultrasound Technologist – Breast Center (Breast Experience Required) Schedule: Days, Flexible Monday–Friday No Weekends | No Holidays | No On-Call | No Float Job Summary: Performs diagnostic breast ultrasound procedures using high-frequency sound waves to detect anatomical abnormalities. Produces high-quality images and assists physicians with breast interventions. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex breast ultrasound exams Optimize and evaluate image quality Assist with ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and procedures Use EPIC, PACS, and other hospital systems Maintain equipment, records, and supplies Provide patient education and follow AIDET standards Support quality control and departmental policies Technical Skills Required: Strong knowledge of breast anatomy & pathology Proficiency in breast ultrasound techniques & Doppler Image acquisition & optimization skills PACS experience Experience assisting in breast interventions Physical Requirements: Lift 25 lbs., push/pull 50 lbs. Stand for extended periods
