Description
PT: Field position-Walnut Creek/ Antioch
Home Health
Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
LOCALS OK
Home Health experience preferred- willing to consider candidates with no HH experience
CA license in hand preferred
Oasis experience required
GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed
COVID Exemptions permitted
Mileage between patients- IRS Standard
Please Note: Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience
** Accepting pending CA license. Traveler need to have applied upon submission
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
- OASIS experience PREFERRED
- Locals at travel rate
- BLS- AHA required
- Timely communication and documentation are mandatory
- CA License in-hand required with submission
- All travelers are required to have an active drivers license, and personal transportation
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application
- On-call rotation may be required- please discuss during interview
- Home Health Checklist is mandatory
- Travel Pairs: accepted, however each traveler will be assigned to their own territory and must have own transportation
- Modules:
- Modules are billable
- Modules are completed during orientation
