Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Transplant OR First-Timers Accepted: Yes, if they have 2 years of strong transplant experience Certifications Required: • BLS • Regulatory Charting for Transplants Call Requirement: Yes, 40-60 hours per 6-week period Float Required: Yes, multi-specialty, all surgeries Locals Accepted: Pending License Accepted: Yes, must have IN license, temp license, or compact license at time of start RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours: • 8 & 10-hour shifts: 40 hours in one workweek • 3, 12-hour shifts: 36 hours in one workweek • 4, 12-hour shifts: 48 hours in one workweek Special Requirements: • Transplant experience required
