Here’s a clean and concise version of your job description: Cath Lab RN – Day Shift (3x12, 07:00–19:00) Experience: 2+ years required First-Time Travelers: Not accepted Eligibility: Former Providence (non-Swedish) perm staff eligible after 3-month separation Active Compact License accepted at all Swedish facilities Call Requirement: ~6 evening call shifts + 1 weekend per 6 weeks 30-minute response time (standard for all Swedish units) Systems: Pyxis (medication) EPIC / McKesson (documentation) SBAR communication Scrubs provided Unit Details 3 Cath Labs + 1 Hybrid OR Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab Required Skills & Procedures Cardiac stent placement Diagnostic, Left & Right heart cath PCI / PTCA IABP & Impella placement/removal Rotablator atherectomy Temporary pacemaker Ventricular assist device insertion Siemens fluoroscopy Scrub & circulate cases EKG lead placement, access site prep Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias Vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose) Isolation precautions Preferred OCT PA line insertion TAVI/TAVR Watchman Rapid Response Team experience
